A friend just told me about this guy and I couldn’t wait to share it with you all. Apparently a resident of Hamburg, named White Wunderlich, has built a water jetpack. When asked, he cited James Bond and his neat gadgets as his inspiration for the device that he calls Jetlev-Flyer.

The jetpack seems to work by pushing water downwards and using that force to lift Wunderlich. You can see from the following pictures that Wunderlich has a pipe joining him to a floating device. This pipe helps keep him close to the water level and transports water to the jetpack.

I wouldn’t mind having this awesome device. Just look at how much fun this guy is having.
